The Amenities Enhancement Committee

Our goal is to review potential new amenities and interests for the community. The committee will be responsible for research and developing planned added amenities. This research will include the cost to maintain, use of amenity, community interest, and whether the amenity aligns with the communities’ values. Interested individuals should contact Glenn Hezmalhalch.

The Legal Committee

We’re a standing committee that works to ensure that the Board of Directors’ language and decisions are in compliance with the HOA’s CC&Rs and bylaws. We are looking for individuals interested in working with board members to ensure their actions and decisions are aligned with our CC&Rs. Interested members should contact Cassie Burroughs-Thomas.

The Communications Committee

We welcome you into your new neighborhood. Our goal, whether through a newsletter, website, or other means—is to build morale, enhance teamwork, and inspire community spirit. In addition, the Welcome and Newsletter sub-committees also function under this Standing Committee. Interested members should contact Cassie Burroughs-Thomas.

The Pool and Grounds Committee

We are a group of residents responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of each area. The Grounds portion includes overseeing the contract to maintain all entrances and common areas. The Pool portion focuses on ensuring safety and enjoyment for all homeowners at the pool. We make recommendations for all repairs and purchases related to the pool while planning for the future of the facility. Interested members should contact Chris Smith.

The Architectural Review Committee

We’re also known as the ARC and are responsible for preserving a harmonious design for the community and protecting its values while upholding the guidelines and requirements found in the CCRs. Additional design standards and architectural guidelines may be adopted by the ARC. (Article 9 – CCRs) All submissions are evaluated on the merits of each application in a timely manner. Interested members should contact Steve Moore.

The Social Committee

We’re a group of homeowners that work together to plan events for our community. We organize Easter Egg Hunts, Pool Parties, Independence Day Parades, Movie Nights, Halloween activities, and so much more. We look forward to meeting your family. Interested members should contact Bridget Henneman.
